ROOAAAAR! Double win for Monty!

Cannes Lions is THE global advertising industry shindig – it’s known as the ‘Oscars of Advertising’, winning an award here makes those Mad Men all misty eyed. So we’re thrilled that the work we did as part of John Lewis’s Monty The Penguin campaign – Monty’s Magical Toy Machine – was a key reason it won not one, but TWO Cannes Lions!

Monty scooped Gold for Branded Content and Entertainment and a Bronze for Integrated. This is the biggest of big deals, with a global audience and over 40,000 entries.

This capped an awesome week for us, where we hosted our event Creatives vs Coders: The Tech Off! at the inaugural Lions Innovation Festival – with a massive crowd, and great response. You can get a feel for what happened here.
